1. Q . Are there toilets available?

   There are separate Japanese-style flush toilets for men and women. Additionally, the multi-purpose restroom has a Western-style toilet with a bidet function.

   There are separate shower facilities for men and women with hot water available.
3. Q . Can we dispose of trash on the island?

   Please make sure that you take all your trash with you when you leave the island.
4. Q . Are there staff members on-site?

   Staff are present on the island whenever there are facility users, including during the night.
5. Q . Is there drinking water available on the island?

   Please bring your own drinking water. The island’s water comes from underground and is not safe to drink unless it is boiled. Always boil it before drinking.
6. Q . Can we bring our own food and drinks?

   Yes, you can. We recommend purchasing supplies from nearby stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores before coming to the island.
7. Q . Can we buy BBQ ingredients and charcoal on the island?

   No, food and charcoal are not sold on the island, so we recommend bringing your own.
8. Q . Is there an area where we can make a direct fire?

   Direct fires are only allowed in the fire circle around the cooking facility.
9. Q . Can we rent BBQ grills on the day of use?

   If available, you can rent BBQ grills on the day of use. The rental fee will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of reservation.
10. Q . Can we use leisure sheets or popup tents for shade?

    You can use your own leisure sheets, etc. on the island. (We provide tarps for rent on the island.)
    However, if you use them in paid facilities (such as playrooms or campsites), advance reservation and payment are required. Also, when using a tarp, please be careful not to damage the island's facilities or trees.

    The management office is open until 10 PM, but feel free to consult us in case of an emergency.

    In case of severe weather such as thunderstorms, please seek shelter in the playroom located inside the management office and follow the staff's instructions.

About the Campsites

1. Q . How large are the campsites?

   Each site is 4.7m x 4.7m.

   The campsite is about 200m from the pier, located at the top of a small hill.
3. Q . Are there wheelbarrows or carts available for transporting luggage on the island?

   Wheelbarrows and carts are available. Please consult the staff for use.
4. Q . Are there power outlets at the campsite?

   No, there are no power outlets available at the campsites.

Island Rules

1. Q . Can we swim on the island?

   Swimming is prohibited on the island. You can explore the coastline and enjoy rock pooling, but please be cautious as the tide can change rapidly.
2. Q . Is fishing allowed?

   Yes, fishing is allowed except on the pier and areas marked with no entry signs due to safety reasons.
3. Q . Can we bring pets?

   Pets are not allowed as the facility is used by many people.
4. Q . Is there a curfew for lights-out?

   There is no designated lights-out time, but to ensure everyone can use the island facilities comfortably, please limit conversations, eating, and drinking around the cooking area after 22:00.
5. Q . Are fireworks allowed?

   Fireworks are prohibited on the island.
6. Q . Can we fly drones?

   Drones are prohibited due to safety reasons as the island is used by many people.

Phone and Internet

1. Q . Is there cell phone reception on the island?

   Yes, all carriers have coverage on the island.

   There is no Wi-Fi available on the island.
3. Q . Can we charge our mobile phones or other devices?

   No, there are no charging facilities. Please bring your own mobile battery.

Boat Transportation

1. Q . Do we need to reserve the boat?

   If you make a facility reservation through this website, the Higashi-Hiroshima City Silver Human Resources Center, which manages the maintenance and management of this park, will arrange the ferry service. There is no need for users to directly contact the ferry service providers to make reservations via phone or other means.
2. Q . How much luggage can the boat carry?

   The boat can carry up to 11 adults. If you have a lot of luggage, please consider the boat's capacity and balance.

Reservations and Changes

1. Q . Can I change my reservation after booking?

   Changes such as the date, time, number of people, or options can be made if requested before 17:00, 7 days prior to the intended date of use. You can proceed with the changes using the URL provided in the reservation completion email. If the deadline has passed, please contact the designated inquiry contact. Additionally, please note that fees cannot be refunded for cancellations or reductions in the number of people after 7 days prior to the intended date of use.
2. Q . Can I cancel or still use the island in case of rain? Also, when will it be decided if the boat does not operate due to bad weather?

   You can still use the island if the boat operates in rainy weather. In this case, cancellations within seven days of the usage date due to user convenience are non-refundable. If boat operation or facility use is deemed impossible due to typhoons or other reasons, the Higashi Hiroshima City Silver Human Resources Center will notify you by 5 PM the day before. In such cases, the usage fee will be refunded.

Others

1. Q . Is there a first aid facility?

   We have a first aid kit, but there is no dedicated first aid facility.
2. Q . What should we do in case of a sudden illness or emergency?

   If a medical emergency occurs on the island, please contact the staff immediately. After assessing the situation, appropriate measures will be taken, such as transporting the injured or ill person to the nearest ferry landing by staff or ferry personnel. However, depending on weather conditions or the time of occurrence, immediate transportation may not be possible, so please refrain from risky behavior or excessive alcohol consumption.
